Hi,

I'm testing Lightning and I can insert text into the subject field and add files, but I cannot insert quick text.
CTRL-C works.
I'm using Windows 10 and Outlook 2016.
Any ideas?

Tom

Hi Tom

Specifically speaking, are you double-clicking the quick text on the text lightning panel, but it is not appearing in the message? Is there any error message?

Have you enabled this option:

This is the new "Simplified Ribbon" button. At the end of the toolbar are 3 dots. You can click this to see the commands, then right-click any command you want to add to the toolbar.

Or you can just right-click the toolbar itself and choose "Use Classic Ribbon".

Hi Nigel,

Double Clicking does not create a response. When I use CTRL-C I get some text in Chinese.
The optimise function does not exist in Outlook 2016 asnymore.

Hi Tom

I cannot reproduce these issues in Outlook 2016. Can you give me the specific steps?
