Text Lightning toolbar doesn't show in Outlook

Hi

I've upgraded to the latest Outlook and Text Lightning versions, and show the Text Lightining toolbar doesn't show. Outlook has a weird narrow toolbar with no text!

Hi Andrew

This is the new "Simplified Ribbon" toolbar of Outlook.

To go back to the old toolbar, right-click the toolbar and choose "Use Classic Ribbon".

Or you can just customize the toolbar to add the Outlook commands you use. At the end of the toolbar are 3 dots. You can click this to see the commands, then right-click any command you want to add to the toolbar.
