Automated emails not in sent mail history

I have my mailing list set up to send a series of automated messages after subscription. I noticed the sent emails are not in my Sent Mail History. They are in the Mailing List History but when I click on the message there I get a dialog that says the selected message is no longer available in the sending log.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed somewhere so these are accessible?

Hi

Actually automated messages, because they are duplicated, are not saved, but I will look at making it an option for a coming version.

Where the actual automated messages file are stored, as i see many many files in Windows/temp forlder related to MLK which slow down my PC!!!

Is it really stored in operating system temp folder??

And when the new update will released.?

Hi Salah

Any files stored in the Windows temp folder can be deleted. There should not be many for MailList King. Can you email me a screen shot of the files you are seeing there?

The new update will be released in about a week. Just finishing up the testing now.

If you click Ctrl+Shift+I (in the main window) a window will pop up showing you MLK's important folders. The source for your automated messages are in the "Settings" folder.
