Hello,

For GDPR purposes you need to ensure that
a) all PII (personally identifiable information) is stored encrypted
b) that there is an audit trail of everyone who logged in and potentially looked at PII

does MLK store the data in an encrypted format?
I did not see it, but is there a way to require login before using MLK?

Hi Dave

The upcoming 18.0 will support encryption and an optional login.

Hi Nigel,

While you are putting stuff in, GDPR also requires an audit trail of everyone who logged in and potentially viewed PII. In theory, you would be able to track which user viewed which PII, but I know that can be difficult. But at least storing a login/logout history will go a long way to satisfying the requirements.

FYI, the next release of MLK will support encryption and log database access.
