We are using MLK to send notifications to our customers when pre-ordered items are ready for collection. Some customers have more several open orders at any one time for different products.

I realise that MLK will not allow me to import users with duplicate email addresses unless the name field is unique. So as a workaround I'm using the order number in the name field to ensure that the name is always unique and therefore I can have the duplicate entries I need.

The problem is this.... When I'm composing the email, MLK automatically puts the users name (the order number) into the "To" field along with the email address like this. To: 123456 <user@domain.com>
How can I stop the name from being displayed here, and have email address only?

Hi

No, you are correct. At this time it is not possible to have an entry that is not unique by name or email.

Can you tell me more about your workflow so i can suggest an alternative method and/or decide if changes need to be made to the software.
