undeliverables/unsubscribed messages not Processed

I just download the trial version of the Mallist King however I can't see to get it to process undelieverable/unsubscribe messages. I went to View, Options and configured it, but it still is not recognizing any of the bounce back messages.

Hi

Are the bounce messages being put into your email processing folder (as specified under View > Options, Email Processing, Source)?
