Hi everybody. My name is Matt. I seem to be having a lot of problems.

I tried loading a CSV file into MLK, and none of the addresses processed correctly. I did this twice. Anybody have any ideas for a remedy?

Here is a screenshot after failure occurs. Something tells me this is related to my other problem here: http://www.xequte.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2534

I removed the email addresses deliberately, BTW. Didn't want to get in trouble for posting info online.

Hi Matt

When you import a file you need to specify what character is used to separate that columns of information in the file.

1. Select File>Import>Import from File
2. Select your import file
3. Click the multiple columns option, and choose map fields
4. Specify that your "Separation Character" is a comma
5. Ensure the fields in your Import file are going into the correct fields in MLK
6. Click OK twice

The email processing problem is now solved. Thanks Nigel.

Still having problems with the sending, though.
