How do we configure Mail List King Professional to work with our Google Apps for checking for new messages in the gmail compliance inbox, moving them to a hold for review folder, remove folder, etc.

Posted - Mar 27 2019 : 16:06:58 That is correct, Outlook tends to bog down too much for processing time on our 24 accounts, so we use our G-mail client on our Google Apps account to process all emails.
I set everything up as you instructed above, but we got an error message, which I have forwarded to you in your email. I would also post it here for clarity if anyone else is having a similar issue, however I can't add an image to this blog.

Assuming you are not using Outlook to retrieve the messages from the Gmail account, then MailList King can only access your Gmail Inbox. After processing the messages can optionally be deleted (but not moved).
