Gmail Sending Limits
Gmail has a sending limit and will temporarily disable your sending if you exceed them. The sending limits are not published but we understand them to a maximum of 50 messages per mailing, with a daily maximum of 100 messages for free accounts or 500 messages for GoogleApps accounts.
You should use MLK's ISP Limits option to stay under these limits (e.g. specify no more than 40 messages per 2 hours).
