I have a condition set that when I copy Email it should open Lync ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe") and paste in the email address.. The last pasting part is not working even after I have selected the "Paste from Clipboard" option in Text Lightning. Please help!

Hi Pradeep

Can you please send me a screen shot of your settings.
(To create a screenshot click the PrintScreen button on the top of your keyboard. Paste into an image editor such as Paint, and save it to a file).

Hi Pradeep

This option works like this:

1. Text Lightning launches application
2. Text Lightning waits for launch to complete
3. Text Lightning pastes clipboard into current email

If your application is automatically copying to the clipboard and you are not seeing it pasted, then Text Lightning has detected launch has completed before the copy has taken place.

For this reason, the paste option here generally only works when used with custom written applications.
