I have a real and serious problem with this version and the previous couple of versions.
i used mlk to send newsletter from multiple SMTP servers (smtp1,smtp2,smtp3,smtp4)
version 15,xx and 16,xx are working correctly.
but with 17,xxth the problem is when smtp1 is down the sending progress is 0 and nothing sent from any of the other working servers at all.
i will downgrade to old version till you resolve this issue

Can you please send us some logging and more detail so we can investigate the issue? We have not had any other reports of SMTP issues in v17 (and we did not log any changes to the SMTP engine in 17.0).

Try it yourself, use mutible servers to send newsletter you will not success.
the attached screen shot shows that mutible servers are not sending sivce ver. 16.5R until now.

Hi
I'm afraid I cannot reproduce that. I also checked for code changes to the SMTP engine between v16.52 and 17.0 and confirmed there were none.
Can you please send me your sending logs from both 16.52 and 17.0. Also, is it possible you are running a local firewall or AV type product where you need to grant outward permission to an application? It is possible, that it you need to confirm the newer version of MLK.

I wonder why you couldnt reproduce the case!!!
It is very easy to do it with only 2 or 3 servers, suppose to use gmail free one... !! it is very easy.
If the SMTP#1 is down, the progress will be 0% even the other smpt's are working...
you can check this if you add a new featur to show each SMTP server sending history.
I cannot check what emails sent out from each server...
I dont ask for refund, i want to pay for working features...

Here is my test to multiple servers, with multiple sending connections in v17.12:
There were no unexpected errors.
Please forward your log file showing the failures.

Yes, this is correct. but what will happen if the first SMTP is down while the others are working fine.
Try this case now... and see the progress and what is the emails messages really delivered to its destinations.
