Moved DB and config files to a new server. Some of the config settings were lost, so I re-entered but am having a few minor issues. Hope you can help me troubleshoot.

eMail addresses sent to the domain I'm using for sending appear not to be sent. If I look in the sending log it looks like there isn't even an attempt to connect and send. Instead it just hangs and waits for the time out and fails. (Tested the email address I'm sending to so I know it's a valid address.)

DB back emails are not being sent after being configured to do so.

Welcome/new subscribe emails not being sent. But they are listed as sent in the log. (Tested the email address I'm sending to so I know it's a valid address.)

Some (maybe all) out of office/Automatic reply aren't being filtered out and being forwarded.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Doug

Do you mean emails that you send from MLK, or messages that users send and MLK should forward? If use the "Test" button under File > Options, Sending, Settings, does it send correctly?

Presumably this is the same issue. Please confirm that your sending is configured properly.

Check that the folder were your Out of Office/Automatic reply messages are located is listed under File > Options, Email Processing.
