Hi

When I run Text Lightning and try to display the quick text panel I get an error:

PLEASE HELP!

This will occur if you are using an older version, e.g. v3.30, with an unsupported version of Outlook (presumably Outlook 2016).

Close Outlook and install the latest version from our web site at:

http://www.xequte.com/textlightning/download.html

Thanks for the great tip. I have had issues with the v3.30 version in the past and did exactly what you write to do and it worked. the 2016 version of Outlook can even be a pain the rear end at times. The joys of technology:)
