I have had issues with the v3.30 version in the past and did exactly what you write to do and it worked. the 2016 version of Outlook can even be a pain the rear end at times. xequte	Posted - Sep 01 2016 : 17:39:56 This will occur if you are using an older version, e.g. v3.30, with an unsupported version of Outlook (presumably Outlook 2016).
