I just created new slideshow.at the ending time has warning : "Unexpected error encountered while converting slideshow. Try disabling your antivirus or contact Xequte support!"

I try disable my antivirus. But no different!
I did a lot work for slideshow! Never happen before, Pls help!

I use V8.01

Thanks, I received the log that you sent me.

Unfortunately at this time, DVD PixPlay does not support filenames that contain Asian characters.

I created a six individual files to video\filess are OK! But I burn multiple (same six files) to DVD disk always has problem! The suggest me email Log to you for help!

Can you give me some suggestion!

Hi Thomas

Did you receive my email? I could not see a good reason for it to fail on that video. You might find it easier to convert the video to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.

I got your email on 7/9!

I think if I could make DVD straight from DVD Pixplay. May be result quality much better. Did not pass through more converter!

By the way, I used the others DVD maker maker finished project!
