I am using Pixplay 7.04 on XP and recently moved to Win 7 32 bit. On both operating systems I have found that at times I will see 2 of my pictures on the thumbnails are identical, but when I check the file names, they are different. However, one thumbnail is correct and the other thumbnail actually contains a different picture. If I click on the thumbnail, the correct picture will appear in the preview. However, this can lead to accidentally deleting a picture from the slide show thinking it is a duplicate when it isn't. What is the cause and what is the cure for this?

Further info:
The problem arises occasionally when I move a picture (drag). The picture goes to the new location. The picture that is now in the location where the moved picture was has the correct file name but the image on the thumbnail will still be the old picture (sometimes).
It happens often enough to be confusing and it has resulted in deleting pictures accidentally as I think I see a duplicate when it really isn't.

Hmmm, that is odd.

Does refreshing the view (minimizing then maximizing) or clicking F5 to reset the cache resolve the problem?

Hi again
At the moment I can't get it to misbehave (naturally). I believe I tried minimizing and restoring the app and it didn't help if I remember correctly. I didn't know about F5 so that was not tried. Next time it happens I will try to identify the actions that cause it and I will try minimizing and F5 to see if that brings things back to normal. This has happened a number of times in the past year, so it should happen again soon and I will let you know.

Thanks
