Conversion failed message

I am trying to create a slideshow with music. When I get to the last step of Burn, it displays an error message in an Information dialog box that says "Conversion failed! No file was created." What is wrong?

This issue occurs on some systems when creating very large slideshows; however, there are other reasons also so please provide a more detailed explanation.

How many pictures, videos, music etc.? What is the complete error message? What version of Pixplay you are using, windows xp, vista etc.

The more detail we have the better the chance to solve the problem.

Note: On Windows 7/Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay

Hi
I have 4 videos in my slideshow. 2 of the vedios (30 secs. and 50 secs.) only play for 15 secs. the next frame opens for the balance of the time. How do I adjust video frame time to allow the entire video to play complete.

Hi

Is this during preview or with the disk that you create? If it is when previewing then it is probably just an issue with your driver and may not affect your created disk.

If it occurs even with the disk you create (or when clicking Test in the Burn Disk Window) then there is something about the video format that is confounding DVD PixPlay. In this case you would do better to convert the videos to a more standard format (such as MPEG-1) before adding them to your slideshow.
