Hi Nigel
I have set up an email address that is used for removal only. However any emails processed continue to not be removed from groups. What could be wrong? The emails are pick up my MLK and processed but basically they are being ignored and a copy of the email forwarded to admin but never manually removed.

Does the subject line have to say something or can it just say anything as long as it is sent to the remove@mycompany.com email address.

Hi Bruce

Are you sure that the message is not matching any other rule?

Please enable debug logging (Ctrl+Alt+D) and process a message featuring your removal email address (which does not work as expected). Then send me your log (Ctrl+Shift+I).
