Html editor doesn't apear

Hi Nigel,

v 12.
it happens that Html editor doesn't apear when I click edit in html editor. In particular case I used Office 13 and MS word as html editor, but that also happened to me sometimes on earlier versions of MS office.

can you tell me what could cause this error?

Hi Antonio

If you are using v12.0 you will need to update to v12.01 or newer.
