Suddenly, today, I am having some trouble sending out emails thru the MLK mail server. First it seems to time out on the test addresses it is sending to. If I try to quit MLK it says I have pending mail to send (in 1 min and 45 seconds). It does seem to send them but much later. Is there some change in service? Whats going on. I am afraid to send out the 3,000 emails until I get some sense of what is happening. I have been sending tests of 5 emails and this is whats happening. If I change and use my ISP, it goes out instantly.

Thanks for the posts back.

Jim

Hi Jim

Has your ISP made any changes, e.g. by blocking port 25?

Have you changed your anti-virus software, firewall or router?

Please do a test sendind and then email me the log file:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
