I have set the conditions to use an 'other' email client and pointed windows to use outlook express as my default email client.

When I choose to update from that account, nothing with the subject line Unsubscribe is updated. It appears to go to that routine, but get 0 results when there are many unsubscribe subject line emails. Any ideas?

Hi Jim

Can you please:

1. Run MLK
2. Click Ctrl+Alt+D (or Shift+Ctrl+D in MLK 9 or older)
3. Click "Yes" to the prompt to enable debug logging
4. Reproduce the problem
5. Send me the debug log file:

On Windows 7 and Vista:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\MailList King\Debug\Debuglog.txt

On XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \Local Settings\Application Data\Xequte\MailList King\Debug\Debuglog.txt

Regards

Nigel
