Hi Mark
Not Outlook/64bit, i'm afraid. Only the Outlook 2013 32bit version.

Hi Mark
Try disabling, then re-enabling the toolbar under View > Options, Other, Outlook Options.
Please also check the add-in has not been blocked in Outlook Options, Add-Ins.
We'll be improving Outlook 2013 support (including 64bit) in a coming update.

Hi Jeana
Microsoft Office 365 does not support for the Outlook Object Model or Extended MAPI, the two ways that MLK (and other third party applications) use to connect with it. This is described at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981242
(This describes Office 2010, but the limitation has been carried over to 2013).
The standard version of Office 2013 is supported by MLK, so check with your retailer to see if you can upgrade your Office installation from Office 365 to Office 2013.
