I have just realised that, since upgrading to personal edition v11.21B R from an earlier version (the upgrade was carried out in Feb but we only just noticed the problem), when doing a mass mailout of a jpg image (the exact same process we followed before upgrading the software), the image looks fine and appears once only on PCs and android smartphones but, when received on a Mac, iphone or ipad the image appears twice (one image underneath the other).
We have an urgent mailing to do and, obviously, now we have realised the problem, want to avoid sending a double message to clients. I cannot work out what the problem is being caused by and have tested several times with the same results.
Do you have any ideas to help please? Thanks.

Hi

I have emailed you some instructions to send me a test message.

Also please send me the log file for the test sending:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
