Dear Nigel,
last week I setted up the sending times on MLK (v11.21B R) to do not send emails from 6:00 to 18:00, which is the 24-Hours format, but this morning when I double checked the setting prior to send a mailing, with my surprise, the time limit was from 6:00 to 6:00. I thought it just lost the correct setting for some reason but incrementing the second value it cycled from 1 to 12, which apparently meant that it was in AM-PM format but without any "AM-PM" suffix on both start and end times. Very, very strange. Checking the Settings.ini files both on my local PC and in the shared folder on my network (the database usage profile is set to "Network Shared Mailing List" which I changed last week fromt the "Automatic" setting it was before) they all have the time in "AM-PM" format.
How and where MLK can be set up properly to follow the International time coding instead of the "Imperial" one? Thank you for your assistance. Regards.
P.S.: OK, I found where to fix the missing AM-PM suffix in Windows 7 Time & Date configuration, specifying the AM and PM in the time. But still missing the correct 24-Hours time format within MLK. |

Hi
Unfortunately the time controls relies only on the Windows settings with regard to formatting, so if your settings hide the AM/PM or don't require 24 hour then you may have such difficulties.
If you do have 24 hour specified correctly, please send me a copy of your Windows date time settings.
