Nigel, in preperation for our new year we are reviewing our options and settings
.

For our sportsclub we use mainly member sending. To be able to process undeliverable messages we selected the standard email adres of mlk in the sender address of the send mail. In the mail we mention with a mailto link that for comments on the mail members should use this link and not just klick on the replybutton to the mail. On every membersending we get around 20 undeliverables and about the same number of dombo's which reply to the mail with a comment which then arrive at the mlk input folder.

Do you have a suggestion how we can process undeliverables with mlk and automaticly forward replies to the original sender of the mail ( so not to the replier, but the generator of the first message).

Could this be done in outlook? I made a rule to filter in outlook the replies but i cann't get access to the original senders email address to forward the reply.

Can i setup mlk to direct replies to the sender and undeliverables to mlk?

Many thanks for your effort

Hi Bronckers, found any luck on this one yet?

You're never a loser until you quit trying.

Hi Rob

Unfortunately i cannot see an easy way to do this with either MLK or Outlook as there would not be an easy way to extract the sender address.
