Hi I can't seem to get video to work. It did work at first but now it shows a blue screen and plays the sound of the video. The video files I've tried are mov, avi, mp4 mpeg.

Anyone help?

Hi

Is this blue screen only when you preview the slideshow? How about when you click File > Burn Slideshow and click the Test button?

Hi

I've just tried test button, it did not even see the video in the slide show. I think I saw a message flick on saying something like "video file failed 1420 decompresser"? No sure as it flashes up quick.

I have deleted and reinstalled but it still says the same.

OK, it is a video format that is not supported.

Try converting them to MPEG format prior to adding them to your project.

You can convert your files online (for free) at:
