unsubscribe not working correctly

version of Mail List King 11.03R.

Mail List King is able to connect to the POP email account and even count the number of messages in the box, however, it does not process any email such as Subscribe or unsubscribe.

What changed (settings, version, etc.) between when it worked and now?

I will send you some debug logging info.
