for some reason when i add my video to my playpix project it does not convert the whole video for instance it my video is 10 min long i only get say 5 min on my burn to my c.d. dont know why can some one help with this very flustrating.i did check the vidio to make sure it was all there before adding it to my play pix thank you

Hi Theresa

If it is a non-native format then DVD PixPlay will use an external converter when you add it to change it to a compatible format. Unfortunately as the converter is not our code there is little we can do it it fails on certain files.

You might find it easier to convert the video to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.
