Is there any way to run a report that shows every email address that experienced a hard bounce from executed campaigns? Bounces or undeliverables are showing up in our Outlook folder but are useless because the return email address isnt the address we emailed to.

Other than the unbearable task of manually copying the email addresses from every bounce back showing up in outlook, is there any way to collect email addresses that are no good? Mike

Hi

Is MLK set to automatically process the bounce messages? I.e. the messages are located in your process folder (View > Options, Email Processing) and you have enabled bounce processing (View > Options, Undeliverables) so that when you click "Check Now" they are processed and deleted?

If so, then MLK will try to map each bounce message to a particular user. While this works 95% of the time, some bounce messages are poorly formatted and don't return the relevant user.

To view the bounces for a particular task, double click the task in MLK's Outbox or Completed Tasks folder. Choose the "Recipients" tab and select the Undeliverable Recipients option.

(Note: This can be slow with large tasks. This will be addressed in 2-3 weeks with a planned database update).

Also, you can do it manually by selecting Edit > Get Addresses from Outlook. Choose a folder containing only bounce messages and after the retrieval choose the "Process as Bounce" action.
