I cannot either burn a DVD or make a VideoTS file as I get an error message:
Conversion failed due to library load error,try restarting windows.
Itry to create a different file (avi,mepeg)without any succes

Hi

If this is not v6.14 then please download it from:

http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/download.html

If you still get the error then e-mail me your log file:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Note: On Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:

C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay


Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting Help > Send Email to Support on the DVD PixPlay menu

Thanks Nigel you ask me to delete
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\libwmv-3.0.0.dll

and the problem is solve thanks for your support(I sent my log file and you emailed me this solution,my post is just for anybody who might have the same problem)
