error - sender is in my badmailfrom list

Hello

I have been using Mailking for 3 years now and I never had a problem. suddenly last week I couldn't send anymore. everytime I try to send I get this error messsage.

Sending of message with SMTP failed with the error:
your envelope sender is in my badmailfrom list (#5.7.1)

Can anyone help

Hi Lena

So you're sending via normal SMTP, which means the error is originating with your ISP.

Have you asked them why they are returning the error?
