Is there a way to export "Removed Members" and include the custom fields content with it?
So far I have only been able to export the name, date, email and group. I have created custom fields that would allow me to delete members out of the MLK all together after a certain date has passed.... this date is contained in the custom field...
I can see this date if I click on each and every one of the members indivdually... but I cant sort from the main screen or run a report.
I would hate to have to click each and everyone to accomplish my goal. |

Hi
MLK doesn't include the data when exporting but you can use the database utility.
1. Run MailList King 2. Click Ctrl+Shift+I and display your database folder 4. Download the Database Utility from http://www.xequte.com/download/dbsys330.exe 4. Install and Run it. 5. Select File > Open Table and open mlk_rmvd.dat from your database folder 6. Select Action > Export

Nigel,
I down loaded this utiliy and got less information on the fields than the regular export. I followed your steps and still strage streams of information. example. PM,"sample@sampleemail.com",,,-1,False,,,,,
Is there another way to export the data so that I can get the custom column data?

Hi
Not at this time, i'm afraid. We'll look into that for a later update.
