Hello,
When writing to or from address, I did some mistakes and now, there wrong address are all in memory in the scrolling lists. I have to be very carefull to choose the good one every time I do a new mailing.
In a previous topic, I saw that I have to edit the AdminAddresses.ddt and ToAddresses.ddt files after closing MLK but it doen't works. I always find the wrong address in the scrolling lists.
What should I do?

Hi Nigel,
For the "To" scrolling list : Options >>> Sending Emails >>> Displayed To address. Here, there is a scrolling list whis all previous address used.
For the "From" scrolling list : when composing a new message, in front of the "From" button, there is a scrolling list whis all previous address used.
I would like to delete wrong address from these two lists.

Then AdminAddresses.ddt and ToAddresses.ddt are definitely the files to edit.
Display the main window and click Ctrl+Shift+I, select Settings and click OK. CLOSE MLK. Edit the files in Notepad and save.

Also, note that in v9.04 (publicly available shortly) you can edit the addresses in the list by choosing "Edit Address List..." from the bottom of the drop down list.

Hi Nigel,
Thank you for your reply. I succeed for
1/ the "To" scrolling list in Options >>> Sending Emails >>> Displayed To address
2/ the "From" scrolling list when composing a new message
but I still have the wrong address in
- the "To" scrolling list when composing a new message wich is note the same as the one displayed in 1/.
What should I do?
