This is a related to my post on having my MLK at a colo or secure remote site. If adds/removals from lists are done via a web page with a script to generate an email with the add/remove command. And emails can be sent to the lists via an email MLK could be placed behind a firewall with no open inbound ports, right?

MLK only needs three outbound port 110 to check for emails (looking for commands), port 25 to send emails and port 53 for DNS. (I'm using the MLK internal SMTP server.)

Am I missing anything?

The only draw back I see is that MLK's mail checking time should be set to a low interval 5 minutes to minimize delays in sending messages and subscribing commands.
