I cannot send emails to valid addresses due to the software of something incorrectly tagging them as invalid. The log is below. What is going wrong?

I have search this fofum but did not find anything about my problem. The log is below that shows email addresses that are working are returned as not valid. Why?

That's something weird from your ISP. Ask them to confirm what might cause such un error, or try changing your sending method (under View>Option, Sending) to Outlook and then see if you get the same error.
