Can't install license

I was using the evaluation version of Mail list King, the evaluation has expired then I bought a license but I can’t install it.

Some warning appears saying I’m using a unauthorized copy.
the Warning is: "RG88 Error: Registration is blocked"

I tried to re-install the software v6.28R and still the same error.
I'm using Win XP Pro, Outlook 2003.
Please help!!
