Nigel, this is a great little piece of software, thanks for sharing it. I've used it for a couple of years and it works great.

Today the one site I check for 3 pages noted that 2 of them had changed and 'sent' me 2 emails with the changes.

The problem is, only 1 of the emails showed up...boy, don'tcha hate it when that happens ?

Anyway, if I were able to reset the timestamp for the page I didn't receive I'd be able to retrieve the page again (I think).

I looked for any current files in the Outposted directory where that info may reside but didn't find any and also didn't find any Registry entries.

Is there some way I can reset the timestamp to force another email?

If I remove the page from the Settings and then re-add it will it trigger another email?

Thanks again though for a really useful tool.

Jim

Well, that was easy...after poking around some more found the HTML files here: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Xequte\OutPosted\HTML.

So, I deleted the file I needed and forced another check that triggered another email.

Now that I see how it works and I only email myself, in reality I think I could just use the files in that directory each time.
