Nigel,
As I use the software, I'm either not finding the right switch or I think there needs to be an additional feature or two.
I have three distinct rules-based profiles that I've set. CC forces me to move a message once I have replied to it. Rather than put the replies into a common folder, I'd like to put the replies for each profile into a distinct folder (i.e. all replies for profile A into folder A, replies to profile B into folder B, etc.).
Is that possible?
Another issue is - again, I'm not sure if I'm just missing the setup - there doesn't seem to be a unique setup for the SMTP for each profile. As a result I've had to use the MAPI setup for outgoing for each profile.
Thanks.

Hi Ian
Are you saying that you would prefer your emails to be left in the Inbox after you have replied to them?
I will add an option to specify a different archive folder for each profile in a coming update.
It would also be a good idea to have SMTP settings configurable for each profile. Do you need this because your SMTP server forces you to use a specific reply address?

Nigel,
I operate (at a minimum) 4 distinct domains - and the associated emails that go with them. I usually reply using outgoing SMTP servers for the specific domains - hence the different SMTP setups for the different profiles in Cruise Control.
To answer your first question, I usually move the responded emails to folders related to the specific domains. In other words, for Domain A, I might have a folder called 'responses'. For Domain B, I might have a similarly named folder called 'responses'. In this fashion I keep each of my businesses or clients seperated. Its much easier to find emails later on or for searching.
I hope I haven't confused the issue.

Hi Ian
Thanks for the clarification.
In a coming update where we support multiple sending and retrieval accounts, we will allow you to tie each account to a profile.
