When attempting to burn slideshow to DVD, I get the error, "Image with text creation error". As it happens, that is on the very first photo. It, like a number of others has a text caption added. The photoshow runs fine from PixPlay, but won't burn to a DVD. What am I doing wrong? |

Hi Eliezer
A bad CD-R should not give you that error (which would occur even before writing commences.
If the problem recurs, please e-mail me the following file:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Have tried CD+R, DVD +R, both Sony. and neither work. Don't have problems with either from other programs. Have 138 photos, probably 20 with text added. Individual photo file size averages 2 meg. Made a test show out of 6 pics, text on first only, file sizes 600k - 800k each. That works. |

I just tried the same pictures without the text, and it builds OK. Don't know if it will play on the DVD player yet |

Hi
The problem is not relate to burning/disks, it is an error that DVD PixPlay is encountering while trying to generate a frame for an image which you've added text to. Perhaps the image is corrupt, or is very large and your system is low on resources, or just something weird.
When it occurs, please e-mail me your log:
C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt
