I purchased MailList King on Dec 2nd. My laptop died and I bought a new one and the download link provided to me is dead. Do I have to pay $99 again to recover my email addresses? The application is actually useless as I cannot seem to paste in images from htm or word doc. Text pastes in, images do not. No backgrounds as in Word, either. I've been exporting email list into outlook manually. Now that I'm using eval version, I cannot access email list and cannot send anything. I sent service msg from your website and emailed about this over the past week with no response. Trying to send bulletin today. Help!

Hi Ed

I see that you emailed us twice yesterday. We've sent your registration details out again, so check your Spam folder if you haven't received them.

For a quicker response please use the key request form on our support page:

Pasting from Word is not recommended, because of the way Word handles embedded images. You should save the message as an HTML file and then load the file into MLK (using the Open button on the message sending toolbar).
