ok, so i got the webform working nicely,how do they unsubscribe? if possible, i'd like them to be able to unsubscribe to individual groups or to the whole thing if they want.

Hi Tony

For your unsubscribe web form add a hidden form item with Name="Action" and Value="Unsubscribe".

Ensure Action is specified correctly as a web form item under View>Options, Web Forms, "Specify Web Form Fields"
