I have 2 errors
when inserting a quick text, an error pops up saying error encountered inserting your quicktext. the message is inserted, the attached files are not.
when I close outlook it says there was an error loading DLL.xreserce.dll

yes, i reinstalled. latest version of outlook and windows 10. it gets to 50% backup when closing then has the error

Have you tried reinstalling? What version of Outlook are you using? Are the files to attach still available?
