Does other software see the burner? What changed on your system between when DVD PixPlay could see the burner and now?
You can also have DVD PixPlay create the files and the burn them with your preferred burning software:
https://xequte.com/support/pixplayfaq.html#2
This is the file I need:
C:\Users\ <YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN NAME> \AppData\Local\Xequte\DVD PixPlay\Logs\
Note: If you have Email Software you can do this quickly by selecting "Email Support" under "Tools" on the DVD PixPlay menu
Another way to send it:
1. Start DVD PixPlay and open your project 2. Click Ctrl+Shift+L 3. A folder window should now open automatically. Double-click the file PixPlayLog.txt 4. Click Ctrl+A to select all 5. Click Ctrl+C to copy it to the clipboard 6. Start an email and click Ctrl+V in the body to paste the log 7. Send the email to me
