When trying to check for bounces and unsubscribes, I got the following error messasge:

An Error was encountered connecting to Outlook. The specified module could not be found, ProgID: "MLKing.SafeMailitem"

Can you help?

Hi Phil

In the main window, right-click home and choose Advanced > Register MLK DLL's.




Note: This requires a 32bit version of Outlook. If you have a 64bit version of Outlook, select File > Options, Other, Outlook Options. Then turn off the extended mapi option.
