Using Windows 8, MS Outlook 2013

When I attempt to edit a text, or add a new text, the programs stops and gives me the usual error,

"Microsoft Outlook has stopped working." and restarts, showing no resolve to the issue as to why it stops working.

I attempted to reinstall Text Lightning. This doesn't fix the issue.

If anyone can help me resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it, as I love this program and use it constantly.

I cannot reproduce that issue. There must be an incompatibility with something on your system.

Hi Leon

Can you click the "Text Lightning" button on the main toolbar, and then select Help > About. Does it confirm you are using v3.21?

This is due to a recent Windows Update. It is fixed in v3.20, which you can download from:
