Using Windows 8, MS Outlook 2013

When I attempt to edit a text, or add a new text, the programs stops and gives me the usual error,

"Microsoft Outlook has stopped working." and restarts, showing no resolve to the issue as to why it stops working.

I attempted to reinstall Text Lightning. This doesn't fix the issue.

If anyone can help me resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it, as I love this program and use it constantly.

Thanks.

Hi

This is due to a recent Windows Update. It is fixed in v3.20, which you can download from:

Hi Leon

Can you click the "Text Lightning" button on the main toolbar, and then select Help > About. Does it confirm you are using v3.21?

Hi

I cannot reproduce that issue. There must be an incompatibility with something on your system.
