Posted - Feb 22 2021 : 13:06:52 Hi There, I'm using V15.50. We are trying to set up a new POP account for email processing and we are getting messages that MLK has errors connecting with SLL(0) when pressing Test Account.
We are selecting TLS when setting up the POP account and I'm wondering if this is a bug or issue where SLL is being attempted even though we are choosing TLS as the method. The POP account is working fine as it integrates with outlook without issue.
Is there any advice or recommendations on this? |

Yes, that should be all that is needed, other than the recommendations I made to reduce the size of the database before upgrading and do a backup export of all members.

Posted - Feb 24 2021 : 15:52:43 Looks like we are going to stop dragging our feet and get on the latest release
For upgrading from V15.50 to the latest release, are there any special considerations? Can we simply buy, download, and install over the old release and all of our databases, settings, etc be automatically brought into the new release? |

V15 uses the older SSL/TLS protocol which is now blocked by some mail servers. You might want to test it with the latest trial version to see if that is the issue.
