Posted - Mar 14 2019 : 10:37:55 Hello,
Possibly I am doing something wrong, but setting the override of the Reply Address in the Sending Profile doesn't seem to work. The test email I sent out are being replied using the sending email address, not the overridden one.
Is this option works and, if it works, how can I set it correctly in MLK 17.12R?
Thank you.

Posted - Oct 10 2021 : 18:13:00 Hi Riccardo
We've been working on an update to MLK, but have not yet reached a release state.
Regarding your issue, rather than using the "Override reply address" option which is not handled well by Outlook, you are betting to use a custom account which is specified at the bottom of that window.

Posted - Oct 08 2021 : 10:42:16 Hi Nigel,
hope this post finds you well. I need some assistance, if possible, with this same issue because the setting to force replying to a different email address doesn't work. I did upgrade my MLK version to the latest v.18.02, fully registered, but even with the suggested MS Exchange settings (MAPI), the replies don't take in consideration the override. I set those option both in the Preferences and clicking on the TO: button in the email text editor. Any further suggestions? Is there something I can look for in Outlook, MS Exchange (2016) or MLK to fix this issue?
Thank you very much in advance.
P.S.: Has the development of MLK been frozen?

It is not required. You can set a custom reply address on-the-fly when sending in MLK.
However if MLK is sending via Outlook, then Outlook will display these custom reply addresses as "abc@xyz.com Sending on behalf of def@xyz.com"
To avoid this, cloned accounts in Outlook should be used (i.e. accounts in Outlook with the same details, but a different reply address).

Posted - Apr 15 2019 : 11:02:15 Hi Nigel, do you need a special account for each reply address separately? |

Posted - Mar 14 2019 : 15:08:00 Hi
Under File > Options, Other, Outlook Options, you need to enable "Extended MAPI" to use the override option.
However, you are better to create a special account for MailList King in Outlook with your desired reply address, then use then "Send using the Outlook account" option in the screen above.
