Posted - Oct 22 2017 : 07:12:06 just gone to create a new database, using the latest version, and using default setup, apart from setting it all to not retreive and only have a sending profile.
and now i cant add jpg to an email, says not supported
however it works on another database (same version, latest)
Any ideas?
Am i missing a setting?
ive edited my post from original question, as ive now found out the problem doesnt exist on the other databse, just this new one

Posted - Oct 23 2017 : 23:08:26 Hi Rob
Can you give me the exact wording of the error message you see?
It sounds like you have not specified a sending method, letting it default just to MAPI (your default email software). If this is the case, then only plan text messages can be sent.
Please go into File > Options, Sending and ensure you have set a sending option such as SMTP or Outlook.
