just gone to create a new database, using the latest version, and using default setup, apart from setting it all to not retreive and only have a sending profile.
and now i cant add jpg to an email, says not supported
however it works on another database (same version, latest)
Any ideas?
Am i missing a setting?
ive edited my post from original question, as ive now found out the problem doesnt exist on the other databse, just this new one

Hi Rob
Can you give me the exact wording of the error message you see?
It sounds like you have not specified a sending method, letting it default just to MAPI (your default email software). If this is the case, then only plan text messages can be sent.
Please go into File > Options, Sending and ensure you have set a sending option such as SMTP or Outlook.
